Provide an opportunity for customers to contribute to the Wayfair community by submitting honest, helpful reviews.

The solution

Create a landing page that clearly illustrates how the program works, making it feel achievable and exciting, so customers could feel empowered to join.

How I contributed

• Wrote all the copy for the program, including:

  • Landing page copy

  • FAQs

  • Review reminder notifications (onsite, email, SMS, push)

• Delivered content wireframes to establish information architecture

• Worked with designer and PM to set up usability tests and refine scope

• Advised marketing creative and copywriting teams on messaging for email invitations

• Developed benefit-driven supplier-facing copy assets, as their participation is the foundation of the program
