THE CHALLENGE

Allow customers to choose from a number of financing options that they’ve pre-qualified for.

THE SOLUTION

Prompt a modal within the payment section of checkout that introduces the experience as well as conveys the benefits to the user, creating the expectation that checking for qualifying plans does not effect their credit score.

HOW I CONTRIBUTED

Led a content brainstorm after initial designs to highlight the biggest benefits and establish hierarchy within the modal.
Iterated on multiple variations of copy to develop value props and messaging.
Collaborated with several external (bank) stakeholders to assure content was appropriate and accurate.
