THE CHALLENGE
Provide users with a way to upload an accurate floor plan so that an interior designer could collaborate with them on their home project.
THE SOLUTION
Introduce a new AR floor plan capture experience, implemented through the Wayfair app, eliminating the need for users to sketch and measure rooms by hand.
HOW I CONTRIBUTED
Executed a competitor audit, analyzing understood paradigms and areas of opportunity.
Wrote all the copy for the experience, including the entry points, onboarding information, instructional tips, and CTAs.
Advised on naming conventions for the tool as well as segmented options within the experience.
Consulted on the flow, offering suggestions to minimize errors or ways to prevent them before user interaction.
